This is a class that brings the spirit of global cuisine all tucked into a homemade tortilla of either delicate and crispy flour with perfect char, or the heady flavor of proper corn tortilla made from true Nixtamal masa. We will cover a variety of cooking techniques; marinating, grilling, braising, and emulsifying, not to mention plenty of knife cuts!

Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.
