Don your lederhosen and dirndl! Join us in preparing some traditional dishes fit for an Oktoberfest beer tent, but better. Have you ever made a traditional soft pretzel??ÿ You’ll learn the basics of this traditional dough, then learn the twist, boil and bake that makes this beg for mustard. We’ll mix together a bacon-laden potato salad that isn’t weighed down by mayonnaise and American tradition. We’ll ask you to use your strength to pound chicken breasts into thin cutlets to bread and fry. And for a sweet treat, you’ll learn how to make a gelato and learn the significance of the Black Forest (lore included….)

Class culminates in a?ÿdelicious, family style meal, around our beautiful, barn wood tables.
