A diet rich in things from the earth is not just for vegetarians, but many of us are only comfortable with the basics of meat & potato cookery. ?ÿJoin us as we gain inspiration from the early summer vegetable harvest, and learn how to each a rich, filling, satisfying plant based diet. Let us teach you how to whip up a lemon-y aioli and pan-fry zucchini fritters. We’ll spiralize summer squash “noodles” for an egg- and wheat-free pasta dish. And, braving the sunshine, we’ll get outside and grill avocados for salad.
Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.
On the menu . . .?ÿ cast iron skillet crostini with white beans & kale ~ grilled avocado salad with cherry tomato vinaigrette ~ zucchini fritters with lemon aioli ~ summer squash “noodles” with tomato butter sauce ~ agua fresca granita with lime daquiri cookies
