Join us in The Kitchen to enjoy some spring inspired favorites! Weƒ??ll teach you how to sear scallops into crispy yet tender perfection. Stir a pot of creamy risotto and make a cashew cream that will please veggie and meat eaters alike! For dessert, enjoy the classic spring pairing, strawberries and rhubarb, in a cast iron pan with brown butter cake peeking through the crevices.
Class culminates in a delicious meal served family style around our beautiful barn wood tables.
