Welcome spring with a bit of pretty pie making! It’s not quite strawberry season, but lemons are here and chocolate is always in season! We’ll use a cast iron pan to show you how to create a perfect, flaky crust – yum!?ÿWe’ll then transform that amazing crust into a sweet pie and a savory galette. We’ll also explore the wide world of delicious cookie crusts.?ÿ You’ll find your baking game kicked up a notch after this class!

On the menu . . . lemon cream cheese pie with gingersnap crust ~ caramel cast iron pie ~ wild mushroom and caramelized onion and goat cheese galette

Snack on The Kitchen’s nosh plate and sip some wine while we bake! All non-alcoholic beverages are also included.
