After a long rainy spring, we’ll be ready to be outside at the grill! ?ÿBe inspired at?ÿthis grilling class?ÿto amp up your summer grilling fare! ?ÿWe’ll put some unexpected items on the grill to show how a bit of char and high heat make a big impact on simple flavors. ?ÿYou can apply what you learn here on your own grill at home, regardless of it being gas, charcoal, or smoke. ?ÿAs always, we’ll celebrate with a family style dinner at The Kitchen table at the end of class.
On the menu…grilled grapes with freshly grilled flatbread & fresh burrata?ÿ~ grilled avocado salad with cherry tomato vinaigrette ~ rosemary lamb with chimichurri & charred spring onions ~ grilled olive oil cake with Oregon strawberries.
