Imagine enjoying a glass of wine and dinner at a small trattoria overlooking the Trevi Fountain. While we cannot boast the the exact same view, join us and learn how to roast marinated, prosciutto-wrapped figs, braise artichokes and pair them with salty ricotta salata and mint, roll Roman-style gnocchi, and fashion a tart. The evening culminates in a family-style meal at our beautiful barn-wood tables.
