Join us for an exclusive Valentine’ themed class on chocolate making with a special guest – Moonstruck Chocolate’ Master Chocolatier, Julian Rose. We will explore and taste delicious chocolates, as well as make our own chocolate creations. You will be learning how to temper and properly handle chocolate and then creating hand formed truffles, framed ganache for hand dipping, and shelled truffles.

As a special Valentine’ Day treat, each participant will then make their own beautifully handcrafted chocolate lace heart box, which will hold your finished truffles, giving you a one of a kind Valentine’ collection to take home with you. While working on our skills, we will sample a variety of chocolates paired with beer and wine. Join us to learn more about working with delicious chocolate and perhaps you too can one day become a master chocolatier.

A light supper will be served.
